well got my head on straight today and went to gym had a good walk at 52.11 time ,3 miles, and did some weights. Hope tomorrow will continue with walking 3 miles and weights. Going to have to motivate myself maybe watch a few episodes of Biggest Loser........................

1/18 took day off from gym. Yep kind of discouraged that I am still a lumpy,bumpy obese person and still not losing weight.

today 1/17 walked 3 miles at 55.30 still no weight loss, oh well been doing this walking thing for 1 week going to keep going.

1/16 walked only 1.50 miles BECAUSE I accidently hit the stop button,so got discouraged and went home.

1/15 still walking 3 miles at 55.56 march on, no weight loss, going to have to take some drastic measures soon ,like maybe juicing.

Walked 3 miles 1/14 in 55.30. Still no weight loss and since I just war mostly sweats and gym clothes don't know (or afraid to find out) if my clothes are any looser. Gonna march on......

Still not losing weight.My weight yoyos between 180 and 184. I weighed 187 on December 27th since then I have not broke the 180 mark. Going to really have to watch what I eat, and since I've started eating breakfast I'm going to have to watch what I put on my cereal or oatmeal, so bought some stevia/sugar mix (half the sugar) to try and bought lowfat milk, Still walking 3 miles and today did it in 55.35. I am not going to get discouraged because I haven't lost poundage , I'

oops! I wasn't supposed to weigh myself for a week but used the scale at the gym and my weight was 181, so now I am feeling a little down because not losing the weight like I WANT TO but have to keep telling myself that I have built up endurance did my treadmill walk 3 miles at 56.35 so feel good about that. I'm going to have to drag out the tape measure and measure myself so can have proof that if I'm not losing weight as much maybe I'm losing inches..........
