The past month ive been running at night a mile 5 times a week
going to the gym in the morning 6 times a week 30 min cardio
15 min weight training. Guess how much weight i lost?  2 pounds...
haha i mean i dont eat bad occasionally ill have something sweet. Generally i wake up have some tea toast hour later work out come home cold chicken sandwhich and a regular dinner. I try to get some veggies in there but i dont do the grocery shopping so it gets hard. I find it ha...
