Boy this isn't the way I thought I would begin my diet? I My grand-daughter passed and no joke within a week after that my husband passed away. I don't handlr death very well!
It is bad when all I wanted to do is eat! I am not trying to say that was exscuse. Because that isnt the truth! Sometimes it is bad self-esteem.
Anyway, I need to stay focused, pick my head and strat to see the sunshine!
