Good Morning ,
I am off to a good start as usually. I started out with a spin class and ate a good breakfast.
Problem is that around lunch and dinner is when I go for the KILL. I eat any and everything. I need some self -control. ANY SUGESSTIONS? I really need to change my eating habits and I know that it is all behavioral.
Thinkging about getting a personal trainer.
Any thoughts?

Good Morning All,
I am feeling real good. I ran 2.5 miles and ate a good breakfast. I have a feeling this is going to be a good week for me. HappY Monday !

Well,
Today is the day my husband will start working out with me. He is one of those guys that is naturally fit and fine. For him to be 42 his muscles are well defined. I love him so much. Ok enough about him. I weighted myself this am and I lost 1 pound. I am headed in the right direction but I must be honest. I made some very bad food choices. I eat when I am board and not neccasarily hungry.
Honest effort here I come!

Well, last night didn't go as planned. I cooked meatloaf and mashed potatoes; which was all homemade. I ate 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream and I didn't workout.
This morning I am back on track and off to another great start. I ran 4 miles this am and intend on getting another hour of Cardio in. This is challeging but I must do it. My husband and I have bet going on to seee if I can drop 20 pounds by 4/15/12. Wish me luck!
