Its my mind that gets in the way of my success........... Why do I think about food so much? It's harder to eat intuitively than I thought it would be. Right now I want dinner because it's "time" but I am clearly not hungry ( not even a little bit ).
In a case like this, from now on, I will drink a glass of water or hot tea or take a quick walk to distract myself. Then once I feel hungry I will have my planned meal.

I am EXCITED for Christmas!
Ate a healthy breakfast and off to face the treadmill.
Working steady at getting into the 120's by Christmas.

I can't let stress mess with me......... I have planned meals and exersize and followed thru so far today.

I know what to do to get back to 108.
I know what to eat , how to work out, how much rest i need, how heavy to lift, how often to walk and how often to run.........
I just need to do it AND WITH INTENSITY!
I have always been very active and eaten really well but 3 things have tripped me up over the past few years...
1- I went through abrupt and early menopause at 38 after I had a tubal ligation.
