Week One Done

So the beginning of the week I was doing really well with the exception of the running which I have scaled back until I can handle outdoor running. I got a bit sloppy with recording during the last half of the week but I am ready to step it up this week.

Last week goals:
-Start a workout program and stick to it (check)
-Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day (check)

This week's goals:
-Get to the gym each day
-Get rid of my vice of eating...

Day Three: Problem

So it is day three. And my food tracking is going great! I find my cravings for food have decreased because I am knowledgable about my goals on FitClick. As for my workout though...that didn't go so well.

I was supposed to do a half hour outdoor run at my own pace. And I was doing fine for the first bit. But about 10minutes in I started to feel sick. I am not sure what went wrong so I am going to ask some professionals to make sure I am okay to continue though my doctor said I sho...

Day Two: I am learning

So it is day two. My roommate is already slacking on working out though she beats me at water intake...but I'll get there one day. Today was very good for me, I did my workout and felt great after AND I managed to keep my sodium down today (NO SUBWAY CHICKEN PIZZIOLA!!) In fact, apparently my calorie intake was under 1000. That concerns me, I ate, but apparently not calorie laden foods. I fell okay though so I guess that is okay??

Day one of the roommate lifestyle change!

My roommate and I have decided, each for our own reasons, to undertake small steps to becoming more healthy versions of ourselves. Slowly cutting back on certain drinks/foods and increasing our activity levels.

Today was day one. Run of the mill day: work, homework, relaxing, cooking, etc. But I added in a late night run at the gym (just as it was closing) and followed up with a few minute run in a school building to cap-off my time. I was very proud of how long I actually ran fo...
