We have recently updated the site to include vegetarian and other food restriction controls for FitClick prescribed meal plans.When you choose a diet plan (or switch to a different one) you'll now see that you can choose to have the plan selected prescribed with specific diet restriction in mind, such as vegetarian, no red meat, no pork, etc. Some of the options have been grayed out as they are not yet available -- those selections will be added in the coming weeks.

As mentioned in a prevous post, we added Calories Burned to the Tracker, but we had not finalized display. We have now also updated the display by simplifying some of the controls, adding a "Workout Score Card" similar to what we have on the diet side to track Actual and Target calories burned, and improving the cals burned display within the tracker.

You might have noticed that we added Cals Burned values to the workout tracker. If you think it looks a little tacked on right now we are making some design changes to the tracker to better integrate the addition but we decided to launch the change first so that you all could use it. So please bear with us.
We also have more message board post improvements that will soon be added, to be quickly followed by a new, easier way to create workouts.
