It has been exactly 10 days since finding out that I have lupus. I am 26 years old and weigh 232lbs as of today (down 5lbs since finding out). My Doctor tells me I need to lose at least 80lbs or by the time I am 40 my body will no longer be able to hold its self. Problem is, I love the way I look! But I love the idea of being able to chase my grand kids around one day. I am finding it hard to get moving most days due to joint and muscle pain and swelling, so here goes day 1 on fitclick to
