Day 4 was rough. But I made it . I walked 5 miles this morning, but I usually walk it in an 1hr 45 minutes it took me 2hrs and 15 minutes. My feet and legs was sore. Maybe day 5 will be better.

My first day wasnt too bad. This morning I got up took my daughter to school, then walked 3 miles this morning. Lunch I ate a cheese burger. Then this evening I walked 2 miles. So I walked a total of 5 miles today. I ate 1 small taco for supper. Hope tomorrow is as good as today :)
