I started logging my foods and workouts a couple years ago but was very flakey about it. I'd maybe update 3 days here 5 there and lose track completely. It wasn't a huge deal then because I was at a happy weight of 120lbs. In the last 2 and a half years I have gained 17lbs and my jeans are starting to get tight. I do acknowledge that I am still at a healthy weight but I really want to get back to my old self. The key?
Cut down on the drinking!
