Yeah:) Today is the first day of my getting healthy challenge. My goal is to lose between 30-50 pounds by the summer. I am planning on accomplishing this goal by starting with tracking what I eat for the remainder of this week and then begin working out for at least 20 minutes per day. With my hectic life 20 minutes a day will be a great start.
