Well I am nearing the end of my first week dieting and exercising. So far so good I just need to keep my momentum. I usually do good for the first couple weeks and then start loosing motivation. I generally loose my motivation when something happens and my routine is broken. I guess I need to learn to make a schedule and plan for little hicups in it. Anyway, I will be moving in a few weeks and I hope that I will be able to keep going strong.

I have known for a long time that I need to eat healthier it just seemed like so much work. I always made excuses for why I couldn't diet. Well now that's all in the past and I have started the long process of retraining myself. I started on last Sunday when my boys and I walked for 3.54 miles. Yesterday I did a workout inside.
