Wow! It is amazing how horrible you can feel with the flu! I had forgotten how miserable it really is. The last week and a half now I have been out with the flu. This means that I haven't been able to work out, but on the up side (though it is not healthy in any sense of the word!) I have hardly eaten a thing. Like everyone else in the US, I too made a resolution to lose weight in the new year. I'm 28 years old (I will be 29 in only 8 days!) I'm married to a wonderful man who is 7 years my senior and he also struggles with his weight. 2012 was a very hard year for us. I was very sick and no doctor could figure out what was wrong with me until October when I was finally diagnosed with a siezure disorder. From October of 2011 to October of 2012 however I was esentially sedentary and at tim
