I have set a lovty goal for my self I want to lose 30 pounds in the next 10 weeks. I know I can do it if I stiick o my plan which is a 1600 calorie diet and and excersize every day. I stepped on the scale this am and lost 2 pounds, I want to keep that up.

Today is the begining of a lifestyle change for me. I have decided to go to a high protien low carb diet. I have type 2 diabetis and this will be the only way that I will beable to maintain it.
I have started out my day with 1 packet of oat meal plain with 1 packet of Truvia sugar. I will have 2 Crystal lite drinks and 2 cucumbers as a snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. My lunch will consist of Chicken Fried steak mashed taters and green...
