Sticking to the diet, cheating a little tonight

I have done very well all week keeping to my diet goals and I went to bootcamp and gave it my all 3 times this week. I noticed all my cloths don't fit me right. They are too loose or too small. I usually wore two layers of cloths. Now that my top layer has gotten ginormous, I wear my under layer which is what I feel too tight. When I work out if I wear a big t-shirt my shirt flips up exposing my tummy. If ...

Already Started

I have already been on a life change but have had some set backs. I have planned ahead of time me meal for tomorrow. That is as far as I have gotten BUT I have cooked fish for a couple days ahead of time. I plan on getting up early tomorrow. Maybe I will do that and have coffee by the computer while typeing my feelings for tomorrow.
