I have done very well all week keeping to my diet goals and I went to bootcamp and gave it my all 3 times this week. I noticed all my cloths don't fit me right. They are too loose or too small. I usually wore two layers of cloths. Now that my top layer has gotten ginormous, I wear my under layer which is what I feel too tight. When I work out if I wear a big t-shirt my shirt flips up exposing my tummy. If ...
