Day 1- Saturday, Aug 15/09

I made a promise to myself and my bf that I would lose 20 pounds by Oct 4, thats the day we move to our new fabulous apt and I want to be my slim self when we move in. I am going to try to lose 40 pounds in 40 days I don't know if its possible but I am going to try.
