Well....ALOT of stress and emotional turmoil these past couple of days which although are extremely mentally and emotionally draining has a side effect of drastically reducing my appetite.  Today's intake was only around 500 calories!  I went for a quick 15 minute walk at lunch at the office down to the post office and back, but other than that I have terrible shin splints from the run and the long walk Monday and Tuesday so as far as exercise tonight will be an off nigh

A good day

Well....today was a good day.  So far though I've only had 604 calories in.  I know that probably isn't necessarily good, but I got into an argument with my fiance' and that just completely destroyed my appetite for dinner.  So to calm my nerves I went for a long walk which burned about an additional 298 calories.  That left me with an overall calorie deficit of 1500 for the day.  As long as I keep my calories in the 1200 range I do well.  Yesterda

Day one.....again

Well....I'm starting over again.  In January 2008, I had quit smoking and starting eating healthy and exercising.  By June of 2009 I had reached my lowest weight of 155...(down from 200).  I then, however, moved in with my fiance' and got comfortable and crept back up to my current weight of 174.  My fiance' and I are hoping to get married soon and I'd like to get down to my goal weight ot 145 by that date (although we haven't officially set a date y
