I eat very healthy. I alway want more! Ughhh...I really need to find a way to stop being so hungry all the time. I work as a nanny a lot and work out at least 60 min. 5 days a week. I aim for 1500 calories but usually eat around 1800. WHY am I so damn hungry all the time?
So annoying!

Damn, way to much beer and going out for lunch and dinner. But a screw up day once a week cant suck that much...right?
Oh and Ihave "rest days" on Saturday and Sunday,do you think thats ok for exercise? I know youre supposed to have rest days, and its easier for my schedule. Hmm...?

I have a hard time saying no to my friends (were all in our last semesters of college) when they want to go out. I try to make "smarter" choices but its impossible to skip dollar beer night with my best friends. so 600 cal. from last night was dinner of champions...and theres going away parties thur and fri! any suggestions?
I can't just "say no", I want to enjoy my time with my friends...ughh.
