Hi There, it is great to know that i am not alone. Unfortunately, as i said, I am bedridden a great deal of the time and thats because i have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis . I have various other ailments as I am sure you have too which we could discuss at another time.

Hi! i am so excited to see your post! I was diagnosed almost 2 years ago with fibromyalgia and I am actually scheduled to see ANOTHER rheumatologist in October. I'm sure you are familiar with the number of doctors. I am currently seeing an internal medicine dr who doesn't believe the condition is real. I don't know how I feel about it all now. Anyway, you don't want to hear all of that now! I was very active until all of this pain and stiffness hit. I am having trouble getting back into exercise because of the fatigue and pain! I have posted on a number of boards just trying to talk to anybody with similiar things but I can't get anybody to respond :(

I also have fibromyalgia, as you know, a dx that really have a great amt of info. I have never been bedridden, but i am tired all the time. I am trying to exercise, but I have such a hard time mentally getting to the gym. i have a recumbent, sp? bike at home but I know it's not enough. Here I am again, starting again. I hope this site can help. I was looking for an easy way to track by eating and exercising. Okay, I talked my self into the bike, laters.
