Day 19 - Baffled

Well....19 days. Havent cheated with the carbs yet.  Diet has been between 600-800 calories with the exception of one day it was 1200.  Low carb, low fat.  Been in steadt Ketosis for about 15-16 days.  Not really seeing much progress...I have lost 3-4 inches in my abdomen and hips but its been a week without any more inches off.  It is  kind of disappointing.  I have added some exercise, maybe not enough (walking and some light weights).

Day 9 & 10...adding some exercise

Well...still struggling with what and how much to eat...but I feel okay so I am going to add some exercise.  Since the weather dropped below 102 due to a monsoon, I walked a mile yesterday and a mile and a alf this evening.  Hope to keep it up but it's a bad season in AZ to be outside.

Day 8 still committed

Made it a week....been averaging under 800 calories....I don't have a scale so not sure if its working...I definately feel less bloated.  In took measurements today as a way to look for progress.

Day 3

I need to lose >100 lbs but can't imagine dieting for more than a year....we will see. My short term goal is to stay true to the diet for at least 4 wks ...then maybe take a day off and try for 3 more weeks and take a day off then go for two weeks and get a day off every two weeks....since its day three, I guess I will be testing my will power,

I trying the rapid weight loss diet by Lyle McDonald...I am under 800 cals per day. Today was my first day on the diet away from
