WOW. I am so proud of myself finishing PHASE I of my diet. In all, I have changed the way I view food, the way I eat, the way I cook. I am a whole new woman! :)
diet:
I also managed to target and illiminate BAD foods, such as food's with high fats and cholesterol. My total intake is below 1200 which is amazing, and water intake is on target.
Now that I started the new exercise program, I am alowed more food allowance but much stricter diet, consisting of more ...

the carbs content am eating IS SUPER HIGH! for the past 3 days, more than 50% of diet consisted OF FAT AND CARBS! wth wth wth,
i feel i'm about to fail because of my poor eating choices. and as a college student, THERE ISNT MUCH healthy options for me at the vending machines.
solution: I must bring more snacks with me from Home [salads, vegetables, fruits].

so I have 30 days to loose 19 lbs.
its been 3 days where i stayed at 139 and in fact, ITS ANNOYING ME!
what can I do to get myself out of 139...??? well i know yesterday was my cheating day, and the fact that I DIDNT GAIN WEIGHT, that is MARVELOU! but i want to getout of even being NEAR the 40's.
ok. So i'm starting the 6 day diet/workout challenge (with sunday being cheating day):
1) Morning: Workout for 20 min

I feel like a changed woman.
I am in total control of myself over what I eat...and YESTERDAY, i finally got myself to workout, which felt unbelievably good...AM SO SORE TODAY!
so today was my cheat day. lol. and so is every sunday... IF AND ONLY IF I PROGRESS and stay in control.

So I really watched what I ate today and logged it, as it was really stressed that you must know what you are really eating for you to make any improvements.
Diet:
I need to reduce the Intake of Carbs/Sugar, almost 100 g over the limit. I need to take calcium and Vitamin C supplements.
