I find myself back in the weight loss war again. Not too terribly long ago- Spring 2005- I found myself in a great rhythm of good diet habits, great exercise habits, and a significant 40 pound weight loss.
What I did most was run. I ran almost everyday- at least 4 miles. And since I kept the running consistent, I dropped the weight quickly- in a matter of months- and I rekindled a long ago love affair I once had with colorful, heart-healthy foods.
