Well this the first time participating in a blog. I am a 'fairly' healthy person. I regularly workout (however I seem to have taken the last month or so off) and I eat mostly homecooked wellish balanced meals (except on days when I don't give a ****). I am short 5'2 and and a consistent 148...which really kinda ticks me off! a few years ago I got my weight down to 126 and it was fabulous!
