So I just had a baby..second one, seven months ago. With my first child I waited till about 10 months before I got totally serious about getting my body back, this time though I have tried to be accountable for my food choices and exercise. Lets face it, with two small ones its hard to find the work out time you need. My solution: 10 minute solution dvds...at least I can accomplish that..I do it twice a day.
