Ok I have been a diet since April 5 2012. I started out at 191 lbs. and today I am at 181 lbs so I am very happy about that. I am staying strong and trying to stay away from the junk food cause the diet that I am on I only eat 500 calories a day.I was just looking for someting to help me track my weight a little bit better then what I have been. I was losing 2 lbs a day but then I started to cheat and was only wasn't losing that much.
