so far it hasn't been bad. I lost a lot since I first started. Yesterday ws another two pounds and today was only one. I think I am at the 1 to 3 pounds per week mark now. I hope it keeps coming off and I make it to the planned goal of 135 lbs.

keep it up...even when you get stressed...stay at it! You can do it! Just think of all the wonderful things you will soon be able to wear and do and even feel good about yourself when doing it!

Started to eat right last week but only started to track it all today. I weighted in and found that i had already began to lose the weight and I really haven't done anything special but eat right and drink more water. How long will that last?
