I entered what i ate yesterday in the diet tracker and to my amazement i ate over 1700 calories. I lost weight before just by eating between 1200-1500 calories per day with light exercise. i plan to do the same thing this time and when i plateau i will take my weight loss journey one step further.

It took me a while to even find this great website to track my weight loss information on. I have been to other sites but would stay on them long enough to complete my profile. They were not user-friendly, so I never stayed. This website is a definite plus.
