I missed Monday's workout due to a migraine which is most likely triggered by the climate change, time of the month, diet coke binge on Sunday...take your pick. It is finally lifting but my diet has been half-assed since Saturday. Really made poor choices over the weekend and then last night for dinner we ended up going to Buca. Pesto cream sauce, chicken parmesan, chees bread... ugh. I feel gross and sluggish. I'm really struggling this week. Katie-if you read this, how do I enter

I'm so nervous for tomorrow's workout. When Katie said we would be on the floor for tomorrow's workout images of bear crawls and other extremely hard body weight exercises started flashing through my mind. I am too heavy to do those exercises. I understand that there are modifications and I will have to make those work. Still....super nervous for this session.

This mornings workout was great - but exhausting. Those intervals are killer. I really like the tambata plan for the weights and abs portion. Everything was at the point of exhaustion (which is the plan, right?!) Still jonesing for Diet Soda bigtime! It's got to be completely psychological at this point?!?! It's been my vice for so long...

Still feeling the withdrawal pains of cold turkey no soda and sugar(besides fruit). This mornings workout was good...totally feeling it in the legs. Food today has been ok, but hard to eat clean. Weekend usually represents indulging in whatever I feel like eating but I need to form a new relationship to the weekends. No greasy food and no sugar doesn't have to equal no fun, right!? And nauseous from medication. I don't feel like eating yet I still have cravings!? Energy feels really low, too. I believe it's all part of the adjustment. Today I noticed that's almost everyone has candy or snacks at their desks. Now that I cannot have it, I start to seeing everywhere!

I have a terrbile migraine. I started last night about 7 p.m. and I had hoped that I caught it in time, but no such luck. Now I just woke up from my migraine medication induced coma and I still have the headached albeit less intense pain. Now I'm behind the gun to make up a class, but I will do it this weekend. I have not eaten anything because I still feel nauseous from the medication. I was afraid this might happen with cutting out cold turkey the soda and sugar and fast food. B

I woke up hungry today and have felt hungry ever since. I know it's obviously my body adjusting, but I also think it's my mind playing games with me. I hate feeling deprived and I feel like I'm going into this state of deprivation. I'm telling myselt it's not deprivation - It's a lifestyle change! I'm also fighting off a headache from cutting off the diet soda.
