First off I am a dancer, I try to stay in optimal shape. However, I also live in the college dorms, so finding healthy food can be challenging. Most food appears healthy, but in reallity it's not. Trying to lose wheight on my own was way to frustrating. now that I have the Fit -click it seems easier to do. I have lost 4 lbs in my first week using it and I am super excited.
