This mornings weigh in is 195 pounds. I have been up and down since beginning the hcg protocol. I started my weight loss journey at 212 pounds. In total I have lost 17 pounds since the summer. I am a little disappointed that I have not lost more weight. I am told that changes have taken place to my waist,buttocks, and thighs. I will have to do a round 2 for sure, to reach my ideal weight goal.

Weighed in this morning at 199 pounds. I have not seen this number in years. I have lost 1.5 lbs since yesterday morning.

Today I weighed in at 200.5, with a weight loss of 2 pounds. I have been on the hcg diet for 5 days now and have lost 7 pounds. A little hungry but maintaining.

My morning weight is 202.5 pounds. I haven't seen this number in along time. I overate my limit of 500 calories a day by 77 calories. I discovered it is the sugar intake that makes my calorie intake go up. I have reduced my sugar I put in my teas. I still lost 1 pound.

I weighed in this morning at 203.5 pounds, lost 1.5 pounds. I found this great site that is really up to date, especially in the food choices for me, organic products.

I weighed in the morning at 205 lbs, I lost 2.5 pounds. In the late afternoon I got the diabetic shakes, and had to eat an apple. It calmed and took away my shakes. Apples help regulate blood sugar, reduce the appetite and help to cleanse the liver, gallbladder and colon.
