I just returned from Ashland, Ky. I visited my boyfriend and have not seen him since July. Equally, our bodies have changed. The time apart has only motivated us to fill our time with new activities (exercise). 
His body trimmed up and reminded me of when we first met. He was definiely very handsome. But the change did not just affect him. Before I left, I got many compliments on my derriere (mostly neighbors, my family, and his family). I am

where's my energy?

Normally, I feel all energy but I can't feel it between the stops in my workout routine. My kid is trying to run into my arms during my shoulder routines and of course he got knocked in his nose.

instead of the energy i should feel, i feel drained. I have very little energy to even finish some of the workouts. I need stamina or I need to stay away from the pancakes and bacon this morning. It didn't do anything for me.

2nd day working out

This is the second day and the weather is  so ugh! It is raining badly. I drank a frappe before my workout. Coffee naturally stimulates me but it makes me so thirsty during the workout. The workout was pretty intense for me because ab workouts are naturally draining.

I read that ab workouts should be the last excercise because it will drain you. But they did not know I had to work abs and back- back to back. Hope it all pays out. I feel the extra energy and am in a bett...

After the snow... is ice.

I started my workout today and it is still icy outside. The  fitclick plan asks for two miles of running in the morning and the evening. How is that possible when the only path that is clear is from your house to the stop sign? This is three houses. I sprinted back and forth a few times and wondered if the Hispanic man parked at the end of the street thought I was crazy....of course I am. But I feel good. It is time to get outside.
