Today was not so easy, did not get enough sleep last night and then forgot about a meeting I had. Barely made it but I did. Got a nap in and then picked up kids from school. They got along great until we got home and then all hell broke loose. Dealing with them is more stress than one person should have to bear. I do what I can to keep from yelling or more but I know that they are good girls and have good hearts. Just one day at a time. Diet today was ok, I splurged and had some ice cream,

Learning more about my condition

Today is finally a new day for me. I had my thyroid removed 9 years ago and since then I have gained weight even though I eat a very moderate diet and try to workout as much as possible. I was involved in four auto accidents that resulted in my knee, neck and shoulder to be damaged causing lots of pain. In addition to that I suffer from migraines.
