So its December 17th and I am still 185 pounds because I have gotten sick here recently and havent been able to workout. But I have recently started back working out but I am not doing so great on my diet at all :/ I am trying my best but fast food is really addicting and it is so hard to break that habit but I am trying. In one meal at Bk i ate almost 2000 calories and I feel ashamed and I have only burned about 490 and i am going somewhere and wont be back til later so I dont have time to work...

So i havent been on this website for about 56 days and i havent been working out consitantly or eating great but i have kept my weight off since i lost the 18 pounds that i did.
I started working out yesterday and im gonna keep it up and start eating good again because i still want to lose about 20 more pounds. I just need the motivation to get up off my butt and workout cause i've been so lazy and i was going to get up early this morning but i just cant push myself to get up tha...

So i think i've been doing this diet and 30 day shred for about a week now and i feel great..I noticed this morning that i was reading the scale all wrong and i have actually lost 5 pounds over this week i am now 195 which is great..but i'm not stopping. I feel great because all i'm doing really that has changed is sticking to my excersise and choosing healthier things to eat and its working tremendously. Me personally being a person who struggle with eating too much salty and sweet food this is...

So i started this diet on the fourth of January i believe and so far it's going really good, the only hard thing about this whole diet is that me personally i have a craving for salty junk food and sweets so its really hard for me to keep my calorie and carbs in the right area and not go over. Sometimes it can get discouraging to see that you've went over but it's never a reason to quit.
