Okay - So we're (I'm) one month in! I took it very easy during the recovery week. I couldn't do the same exercises every day for a whole week so I only did 3 of the 6 days but I kept eating as healthy as I could. During the day I have been doing great with meal plans and making next days food every night. This has been the biggest success so far. At 30.5 years old, and just having a baby in 2011, it was time for a change. I run a couple restaurants in Denver and with that comes odd schedules, BAD food that is so good!!! and just a general lack of energy when I get home. It was taking it's toll on my family, on me and on my work. I knew it was time for change.
