 Okay - So we're (I'm) one month in!  I took it very easy during the recovery week.  I couldn't do the same exercises every day for a whole week so I only did 3 of the 6 days but I kept eating as healthy as I could.  During the day I have been doing great with meal plans and making next days food every night.  This has been the biggest success so far.  I've been eating so very well and that's where the weight gets lost.  No soda for 5 weeks, (I fannly broke dow...

At 30.5 years old, and just having a baby in 2011, it was time for a change. I run a couple restaurants in Denver and with that comes odd schedules, BAD food that is so good!!! and just a general lack of energy when I get home. It was taking it's toll on my family, on me and on my work. I knew it was time for change. For Christmas, I bought myself the Insanity workout DVD's and wanted to try the. I grew up playing soccer and can still run pretty well but I wasn't able to find the time ...
