On 27 Jun....I failed my AF PT test because of my waist...the FAC showed me at 40.5in but I had it reaccomplished that same day and that person showed me at 42.5in.  I am only 5'5.5" tall and I weighed in at 224lbs.  This info put in the frame of mind that I had to do better for myself, my family and my AF career.  Myself to make me feel better, my family to be around for them, my career because I only have a little over 2 years before I retire.  I began using
