The Beginning...

So today I start the journey towards a healthier life style, for not only my self...But for my daughter. She deserves a mother who will be around for the next 50+ years. A mother who will be able to run, jump and play non-stop with out having to sit every 5 mins to catch her breath. A mother who will watch her grow into a loving woman, graduate high school and college, marry and still be able to enjoy her grandchildren.
