Trying to make changes.

Good Afternoon to all,

 

I just signed up with this site in hopes for some help in making lifestyle changes to help me reach my goal weight and get my health back.  Just a quick intro....well I'll try to condense this...LOL 

I am a stay at home mom of 3 wonderful children and married to the best man in the world.  We live on a small 5 acre farm. My husband and I run out own business, I have a garden that I take care of myself.
