My thoughts on this new diet?

My shopping bill was a lot higher than it used to be. However, it may almost balance out when I take into account that I didn't spend any money eating at fast food or restaurants which could be 5 dollars to 15 dollars per lunch depending on where I go.  Plus, I still have some of the food left over so I actually can consider it a bit cheaper.

Getting a Shopping List Together

The thing that I noticed with the meal planner on FitClick is that it will want you to have Shredded Wheat cereal on monday and then you won't see Shredded Wheat come up again that whole week. It will want you to eat strawberries as a snack on Wednesday but you can only have 1/2 a cup and you won't see them again for another week.  I can't afford to do all the different menus every day.

Pre-Adventure

I turned 40 on Friday. Today is Saturday. I feel terrible. I was a cheerleader, ballerina, tap dancer, skinniest in my family. And now, thanks to diet pills, all my overweight cousins are the size of skeletons. And thanks to thyroid, divorce, depression, possible borderline personality disorder, and 2 hours of sleep every 24 hours, I am around 256 pounds.
