Well today is day 5 of my journey,I have done really well at keeping my daily intake of calories below 500 and I guess it's working,I have lost 8lbs in 5 days.I have dieted enough to know that the first week you have alot of water weight loss so I'm not getting too excited.I struggle with forcing myself to drink enough water,maybe because I am always busy with something. I am really surprised how much food there is in 500 calories when you are eating the right foods.My family think

My goal is eventually back in the 135# range, but for now, I want to be at 160 by 4th of july.

I have actually put myself on the HCG weight loss drops and am following a 500 calorie a day eating plan.It's not really that hard for me, before I began this I could easily go without eating,and there in was my problem.I am one of those people that destroyed my motabolism when I was a smoker by not eating,and my body stores everything I eat as fat, so now I am attempting to retrain my body to burn fat instead of store it.prior to my stopping smoking and having a hysterectomy I was a t
