Well....in the past I was successful in getting my weight from 219 pounds to 179 pounds n then it was hard to get it low...but i still worked on!!
Now after almost 8 months of very less exercise and lot of laziness and no work thanks to lot of new changes in my life....I have got back to my old weight of 200 pounds... so here all over again I start again,,but this time with a different kind of determination....!!
