They don't have to say that the hardest part of any plan is getting started. I know that from personal experience. I've started and failed in the past. Many times. I have high hopes for 2012. I'm getting in shape to do a 70.3 Half Ironman. It's a gift to my wife for still being my wife after 25 years (no small chore).
