Im going on day 8 thats a pretty good accomplishment. I am taking one day at a time. With the lord willing and the people's incouragement I think I will meet my weight lose goal. I am taking it one day at a time making the best of everyday. I did a stength and cardio workout yesterday and man am I sore today. I am going to do light cardio today and some crunches. Well thats all for now. See ya'll again in a couple of days.

Im in day 5 of my program doing well. I am taking the next two days easy, and im just going to do some light cardio and eat right. My soreness is starting to ease away thats good. I have noticed since I have started working out that I have had more energy and feel better about myself. Which is very cool. I think im going to like this getting back in shape thing after all.

I had a pretty decent workout today but... I am still in the phase of having to keep myself motivated. Hopefuly as the weeks go by it will get easier for me. I have been taking pictures everyday to keep up with my results. Im hoping I will be able to see the results of when I started and as the weeks go by I will see the progress in the pictures and that will motivate me to drive on as I see the results.

Weight is a hard thing to lose. But... I dont seem to have a problem with gaining it. I have stopped drinking all together and I think I have everything back on track hopefully. I am going to do weekly weigh ins and post my intake daily when I can. I started this thing 156 days ago now its time to get serious. I have gained 5lbs since I started, hopefully I can turn things
around. If anyone has any good suggestions to helping stay on track and stay foc...

I have been on a diet now for a week. I try hard to stay on it but I keep getting off it. I think I will get better with my diet the longer I doit and the more I workout and start seeing the results.
