This week my weight was stable; I went up a bit, but now back down and losing again. Still off sugar. Carbs still down considerably; Getting into a routine with the "new" eating habits. Planning on another 2-4 lbs this month.

Fettucini Alfredo last night; but back to it today!! Still 98% no sugar; and carbs are cut way back (other than last night) 8 lbs down!!

14 days in; Still no processed sugar; still very limited carbs; Down 7 lbs!! Love being able to track what I eat here; makes keeping it real a bit more realistic!

11 days with no sugar; have cut my carbs by about 80-90% percent; Focusing on protein and green veggies....both cooked and raw. 5 lb loss so far!!
