went to lay down in da feds weighing 167lbs then within two months of working out 3days a wwek.i came out a swole 198.no exercize for a yr 219.got on fit click an this acia berry stuff off intertnet an now i weigh 185 but in mma shape .the pills will make u sweat more than usual an will have u shittin in da mournings before work or wutever.but i went from 219-40 to 185-36.i got like two full bottles of the acia berry not in store left.i dont even take them anymore.if u want i can sell them to ya for dirt cheap they work trust me.

I am in the Army, and would definatly NOT recommend that you take any sort of fat burner, and especially not hydroxycut. Hydroxycut has been removed for the shelves of all military exchanges, and we are constantly being briefed to avoid that crap...Seriously, the best way to lose weight is just eat right, count calories and do cardiovascular exercises to burn fat. I know thats not the answer you want to hear, but nothing worth doing is ever easy. Good luck, and stick with it.
