ughhh, i had a weak moment this morning and ate chips! but i stopped myself about halfway through the bag and threw them out. big step for me lol normaly i wouldve eaten the whole bag! i have ball hockey tonight and before my team is meeting at a local bar for some wings. i still dont know if im gonna go yet. i figure if i go and only eat 10 wings i should be ok, where i usually eat 20. baby steps i keep telling myself lol
