Ok, so I'm a 19 year old mother of a 17 month old son. I'm currently weighing 210lbs (yikes) and i'm 5'8. I have never dieted or thought of counting calories in my life and honestly i'm clueless..but i'm tired of being big! I've been obese since i was in 4th grade
so i've decided to start tomorrow...if anyone has any advice
