Okay didn't really get anything done for myself today. To much going and running to get other things done. I haven't lost weight, but I haven't gained either. So I guess that's not to horrible for a busy week. Hopefully next week will calm down a bit. We'll see

Kinda fell off the wagon today. Ate food from work, but hadn't really had anything all day. I'm going to donate plasma in the morning so I needed something. Didn't even get home 'til after midnight. Really don't need to try to eat then, but I did have an apple and peanut butter. Tomorrow will be busy so I've got to try to get something in there. Well see how that goes

Okay, so I didn't walk the 2.5 miles from work, but I did work at least a mile with the dog after dinner. Still trying to refrain from eating food from my work. I've been there 2 weeks and haven't touch even a fry.
I need to get my yoga fit back in and anything else I try. There's an MMA bootcamp I'd love to try, but not quite there yet. If I can't walk the dog everyday then ...

Alright..yeah it's midnight, but I've made a decision. It's time for me to get back to me. The extra 75lbs from my oldest son (who is almost 8) has got to go. I had no problem lossing the extra weight from my our two children (1 and almost 3). So time to get this figured out. Okay it doesn't help that I work in fast food. But later on this afternoon I am planning on working home from work alomost 2.5 miles (up and down hills). That will be my make it or break it too this beginning.
