I stuck to my diet, but have come to terms with the fact that I am not going to work out on the weekends. I spend my weekends doing stuff with my family and dont have time to workout:( That just means that I have to work extra hard during the week. Oh well, keep moving forward!!

Well feel good about my eating: Today is the 8th day I have not drank any soda. Not drinking soda for me is a serious deal because pop used to be my number one beverage and actually the only thing I drank. I still want it but just dont keep it in the house so it is not accessable to me. Other than that my workout plan has fell through. I did only stretching yesterday and nothing today. Just sticking to my diet as best I can. I am really pleased with how my eating is coming, but am having less luck motivating myself to do the exercises. I did some stretching, but skipped out on the rest of my workou:( I am just taking it day by day and trying to do the best I can each day. I have faith that I will reach my goal of losing 15lbs by the first day of spring. I have not been able to weigh myself yet but hopefully I can do that on thursday. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi guys, I am still here. I wasnt able to get on the computer this weekend because the kids and husband where hogging it! LOL. I did write down what I ate and checked it in this morning. I did some pilates saturday and some butt kicks and crunches. Sunday I did not feel good and didnt get to my exercises.I am still on the special K challenge and it has been going good for me. My husband and I decided to plan a mini getaway in April for his 29th Birthday. I want to look really good by then so I can buy some new outfits for the trip. Day 3

I am starting the special K challenge where I eat cereal for both breakfast and lunch and eat a reasonable dinner. I am hoping this will keep me fuller longer and keep my eating habits in check. I am going to do my workout before the kids get home from school today and feel pretty good about my self and my choice to get fit. I feel better than I did yesterday and want to keep it going!

Okay today didnt go quite as planned I wanted to jump out of bed and get started with my pilates, but I woke up with another massive headache and once I got the kids off to school I fell back into bed. I think I am going to skip my pilates and do the rest of my daily workout. I will keep you posted:)

Well, I woke up and got the kids off to school this morning. After that I decided to do my 40 minute pilates workout to get me warmed up and stretched out. After my pilates I did every workout that I had for today, just not as many reps as I would have liked, but I will do a little more each day until I reach my target. I am going to start this blog as a personal diary of my journey to make 2010 the year to be thin! I am excited about the goals I have set for myself and am looking forward to the future.
