I finished my first week on my life style change. I cut out all my soda's, coffee and sweet tea and just drank water. I had a headache for the first couple a days but I pushed through it and I didn't die. I lost 10 pounds in my first week. I realize that is a lot for the first week, but I'm going to chalk it up to all being water weight. I'm going to make it this time. I'm going to make my goal weight.
